Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must not be damaged or altered in any way unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mrcwear.com. After your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. Kindly inform us as soon as possible to expedite the process.
Refunds for Defective vs. Fit/Preference Issues

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, you will receive a full refund upon return.

If the product is returned because of size, fit, or personal preference (and there is no defect or damage), you will receive a partial refund of 50% to 60% of the purchase price. The exact amount depends on the product condition and processing fees.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages During Shipping
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item is damaged during shipping, defective, or the wrong product is sent, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can evaluate it and resolve it quickly. Items reported after this period may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.
Payment Network Fees
Please note that any fees charged by payment networks, banks, or credit card companies (e.g., transaction fees) may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are outside of our control and will be reflected in the final refunded amount.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. However, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@mrcwear.com.
Handling Fee
In the event of a return initiated due to customer preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind a handling and restocking fee of up to 5% of the product value may be deducted from the refund amount.This fee covers inspection, quality control, repackaging, administrative processing, and potential depreciation of the item upon return.The fee will only be applied after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse and will be deducted in accordance with this policy.
Restocking Fee
Please note that if the product has been removed from its original packaging, a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
